BARSTO Function to complement BARSSINCE

Tomasz,

Given Ami has the ability to ref forward in time I'd appreciate a 
BARSTO function to go with it. Ie the ability to scan forward to an 
event and count the number of "bars to" the condition.

That would eliminate the need to use vbscript in what I'm currently 
coding to detect Gann Swing gaps - and certainly speed up the scan as 
you indicated in the reply to my post on vbscript.
