Possible - I could observe the phenomenon at various stocks.
The study line just doesn't show up at random - so it seems...

I used ScreenRip ( http://www.progency.com/ ) and then 
PhotoImpact 5 to crop and compress more...
Then I just attached the two images (using Outlook Express) to the mail.
