guru commentary

Hi TJ and other ami users ..
I have just been spending sometime lookingthrough 
the guru commentary afl included in ami excellent feature , When the thought 
came to me that Tomasz and other skilled ami users have mostlikely written 
dozens more and was hoping that you may post them on the groups notice board 
 for us not so skilled coders to use and learn from :)
