Hi Tomasz,
Here's a list of some suggestions that I've been scribbling down on a
Post-It Note since I've been using AmiBroker. Apologies if it's a bit
lengthy.
If you can implement some of them that would be great, however there's
no rush at all as I'm still dabbling and enjoying what's currently
available in AmiBroker. Here goes...
SUGGESTIONS
=======================================================================
A Notepad for individual equities/stocks to record comments, forecasts,
analysis notes or whatever.
TREE - When saving can it save the last layout so that when starting the
programme it doesn't always default to 'All'.
An option to save startup display as either Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Alarms for Prices/Indicators
Preferences - Include Weighted Average option
Possible option for UK date format (DD-MM-YY) on price data display and
also as a function to use in Commentary
Option to Auto Save Preferences when OK selected
In Settings can amount entered be stored rather than default of 10,000
A function to reduce the number of decimal places displayed in the
Commentary. Eg 4.2 instead of 4.200
A 'Clear Portfolio' option
Multiple Portfolios
More slots for custom indicators or selection list
Can Commentary AFL's be stored in separate directories from Indicators
and Systems? So that when 'Load' is selected the appropriate directory
is accessed.
HTML Report window to remember height/width/location settings
Financial Results Table modifications for UK data
Toggle switch in portfolio to adjust for UK 'pence' prices for stocks
(or could be UK switch in options)
Option to select additional URL's for Profile - multiple sites
'Find' available in Profile
Also 'BACK/FORWARD' button in Profile
